The Board of Regents of the Tarlac State University (TSU), Romulo Boulevard, San Vicente, Tarlac City, formally and publicly announces the extension of the 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗔𝗖 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗬 (𝗧𝗦𝗨) 𝗕𝗢𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗟 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭.
Minimum Personal Qualifications:
1. He must be a natural born Filipino citizen
2. He must be at least thirty five (35) years of age on the date of his appointment
3. He must have been a resident of the Province of Tarlac for the last ten (10) years prior to his application or nomination
4. He must be a holder of at least a four-year degree course
5. He must be physically and mentally fit
6. He must not be connected with TSU in any manner for two years prior to the nomination/application
7. He must not own, fully or in part, a tertiary educational institution in the Province
8. He must not in any way be presently employed or appointed to any position in any government agency or entity (national, local or government-owned or controlled corporation), be it on a full-time or part-time basis, at the time of nomination/application
9. He must have an extensive record of employment, business, expertise and connection with the private sector. If the nominee/applicant previously worked in any capacity with a government entity or was a consultant in any government undertaking or whatever nature, the proportion of the time the nominee served in government should not exceed one-fourth of the entire time served in the private sector
10. He must be from the industry, business or profession that can contribute to the pursuit of the mandate of the Tarlac State University.
11. He must have made contributions to the community or to the country
12. He must be a person of unquestionable integrity and probity and must not have been convicted of any administrative offense or crime
13. He must explicitly manifest availability of time and commitment to the service of Tarlac State University
Qualified applicants are requested to submit the following:
1. Formal Letter of Intent or Nomination addressed to the HON. RONALD L. ADAMAT, Chair, TSU Board of Regents
2. Comprehensive Curriculum vitae duly certified and signed under oath with supporting documents (e.g. Academic Records, Employment Certificates or Service Record, Awards received, DTI/SEC registration of ownership and others)
3. Certificates/Clearances from the following government agencies, obtained not more than six (6) months from the date of filing of application indicating the applicant has no finding of guilt/conviction in any administrative and/or criminal case:
• Civil Service Commission
• National Bureau of Investigation
• Institution where the applicant is presently employed
4. Certification that he is not connected with Tarlac State University
