ADVISORY NO. 51
CONTINUED ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING MODALITY AND PERSONNEL WORK ARRANGEMENT

Following Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 133 and the Provincial Government of Tarlac’s directive to support the ongoing clearing, rehabilitation, and recovery operations in the province, TSU will implement asynchronous learning modality from September 1 to 5, 2026 (Tuesday to Saturday) to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

Faculty members shall deliver instruction through appropriate asynchronous modalities and shall provide learning tasks, activities, and instructional materials that allow students to continue learning. Recorded lectures and downloadable materials shall be made available for students with limited electricity or internet connectivity, and flexibility shall be exercised in the submission of class requirements.

In accordance with the Memo Circular, the University shall implement appropriate alternative work arrangements for government personnel tomorrow (September 1).

However, the CSU, MSU, MIS, FDMO, FMU, JGSU, PCSU, OAR, and the Cashiering and Motorpool Unit are exempted from the alternative work arrangement, as provided in the memorandum issued by the Office of the University President. Likewise, all personnel assigned to this Friday's activity shall coordinate with their respective committee heads.

The university deeply appreciates their continued service at a time when it matters most.
For the succeeding days, affected personnel from the west side of Tarlac may report to the San Isidro Campus. Only those with crucial roles in other campuses may avail of the University’s shuttle services, subject to the approval of the respective immediate supervisors.

Further guidance regarding work arrangements and other necessary actions for employees shall be endorsed by immediate supervisors to their respective Vice Presidents, and subsequently to the Office of the University President.

The University shall likewise take into account students and personnel affected by power interruptions, unstable internet connectivity, flooding, or other weather-related conditions, and appropriate flexibility shall be exercised in implementing and completing learning and work-related tasks.

For the information and strict compliance of everyone concerned.
